* Dashboard consulting and activation costs may vary from customer to customer due to the complexity and visualisation requirements. For budgetary purposes, these normally take about 8 hours per dashboard;
* Standard and Pro, may be used as a multi-domain/company on an enterprise deployment on-premise, meaning an enterprise version must be deployed first and an additional installation of the Standard and Pro for an additional company in the group/domain can be added. Only additional data connections can be purchased for Standard and Pro packages if they are part of a multi-domain/company on an enterprise that has been deployed on the customer premise;
* Support costs are only levied for on-premise enterprise installations. This will include the software, ongoing OQLIS updates, and technical issues with the OQLIS instance. NOT server infrastructure management;
* Software Licenses are payable yearly upfront, however, monthly payment arrangements will incur an additional 10% fee;
* Software Licenses are reviewed yearly and will have CPI-related increases minimum but may have a higher percentage increase linked to operating costs of OQLIS;
* White Labelling options are available on the OQLIS Enterprise tier and higher.
